A1: Yes, mixed colors and models are acceptable. For a 20GP or 40HQ container, we suggest mixing 3-6 models.
Q2: Can you make the door according to our drawing?
A2: Yes, we can. Customers should send us the drawing for review first, and then we will provide the correct drawing for production approval.
Q3: What's your policy for samples?
A3: Small samples are provided free of charge. For complete doors, we charge based on the actual situation but will refund the sample charge if you place a bulk order next time.

Q5: How do I place an order and what is the delivery time?
A5: Delivery time is about 20-35 days. We first confirm your specific door requests and specs, then issue a solution and invoice. Production starts after a 50% deposit. Once finished, we provide photos/videos for balance collection before shipping.
Q6: Do you have products in stock?
A6: We stock American standard hollow metal doors and frames. For customized project orders (specific size, color, lock type), we arrange production according to the project schedule.
